How it works;
You and your friends make up the pod, you and your friends decide on your goal, you and your friends already know what to eat and how you like to move, I will bring the accountability.
Your Accountability Pod will be via WhatsApp.
The same format as I do for my 1:1 clients, I am in your pocket 6 days a week all day long, no need to wait for the weekly or monthly zoom, this is happening in real time.
Plus you get to support each other too!!!
